Apostle’s Fest Picnic
Being held at the NFL Y.E.T. Center on the corner of 30th and Lake Ave. one block west of CFM. This is open to the whole family and will be full of fun, games, food, kid’s zone, competitions and more. All proceeds will go towards Apostle Appreciation benefit. Entrance and food is free, competitions will be at a small entrance donation.
Competitions:
Food competitions: Participants must pay a $5 to enter into any of the following.
- Watermelon Eating
- Fastest person to eat ¼ of a watermelon.
- Watermelon seed spiting
- Person with the most distance spitting a watermelon seed. (each paying participant will get only 3 seeds, and will have the best of 3 distances)
- Hot Dog
- Fastest person to eat 3 full hotdogs with bun.
Ministry competitions: Each ministry must raise $50 for each game.
- Men of Integrity vs. Emerge Student Oasis,
(Men vs. Youth) 5 on 5 Basketball Game (first to score 24 with 2’s & 3’s).
- It takes 3 vs. SOUL Saved, 
(Marriage Min. vs. Singles Min.) Kickball game (4 innings 3 outs each, max of 10 persons per team).

Main Events:
Pie in the eye!
Leaders of CFM will have their names put into a basket. You draw the name for $5 - $15 depending how close you want to get. You through it at the CFM leader.
Men vs. Women Tug A War of the ages!
Dr. Mark Jones and 1st Lady Lisa Jones will take the front of each end. There will be a 4 inch mud pit between them. Behind each will be 10 men for Dr. Jones or 10 women for 1st La
dy Lisa. Which ever team raises more money from now till July 12, 2009 at the end of service will get 10 more to their team. (Wining team will be announced at the event).
